What we mean by an overgrown yard
An overgrown yard is one that has gone past regular upkeep. A normal mow-and-blow won't fix it — it needs to be cut down and cleared first. It usually looks like one or more of these:
- Grass or weeds tall enough that a mower can't handle them on the first pass
- Weeds covering the beds, lawn edges, cracks, and fence lines
- Shrubs and hedges grown over walkways, windows, or fences
- Leaves, dead growth, and debris piled up across the yard
- A yard left alone during a move, a vacancy, between tenants, or after a busy season

What an overgrown cleanup includes
Every yard is quoted from your photos, so you'll know what's included before we start. A typical overgrown cleanup covers:
Weeds cleared
Weeds pulled or cut from beds, lawn edges, and along walkways and fences.
Shrubs & hedges cut back
Overgrowth trimmed back off walkways, windows, and fences, and shaped to look cared-for.
Leaves & debris removed
Leaves, dead growth, and yard debris raked up and bagged.
Green waste handled
If your green-waste bins have room, we fill those. If there's more than they'll hold, we haul it away.
Final clean-up
Walkways, patios, and the driveway blown off so the yard is ready to use when we leave.

Usually within one business day, by email. If the photos don't show enough, we'll set up a quick walkthrough.
Pick a date
Scheduling is usually the same week.
Cleanup day
We do the work we quoted. Want something extra while we're there? We write it up with a price, and you approve it before we do it.
Pay when it's done
Zelle, cash, or check.
What we don't do
We focus on cleanup. We don't take on:
- Tree removal or large tree work
- Irrigation repair or installation
- New planting or landscape installs
- Hardscape, concrete, or grading
If your photos show something outside what we do, we'll tell you up front.
Common questions
Do you need to come out to give me a price?
Usually not. Most yards can be quoted from a few photos. If the photos don't show enough, we'll schedule a quick walkthrough before giving you a price.
What happens to all the green waste?
If your green-waste bins have room, we use them. If there's more than they'll hold, we bag it and haul it away. Your estimate will say which.
What if I want more done once you're there?
Just ask. We'll write up the extra work with its price and send it to you to approve. Nothing extra gets done, or charged, until you say yes.
How do I pay?
When the job is done, you can pay by Zelle, cash, or check.
